Wallpapers

I'm working on some wallpapers for my Birds and How They Live book (see last post). This is Stalagmites/Stalactites. It's got a bit of a Lucienne Day thing about it...the background colour and the shapes. I love designing patterns, I would secretly love to be a fabric designer.

N.B. Here's a link to some Lucienne Day fabric I am saving up for!

  1. and what would be your plan for the fabric when you have saved up your pennies...i am imagining a cushion for your hammock...i think her fabric would make great drapes aswell...

  2. i love the word drapes, it always reminds me of the sound of music. i'm not sure i could bring myself to cut it up tif...maybe i would stretch it over a canvas and put it on the wall.
