Southend-on-Sea in Essex is attempting the longest ever line of bunting this summer! They are hoping to make it as long as our lovely pier. That's 1 and a quarter miles long (ish). how cheery! that Xanthe really does love bunting, so i can well imagine her enthusiasm the other day. isn't summer great? (although, bunting is not just for the summer months, as Iris is a winter baby and i love bunting, i made her some paper bunting for her birthday last year)
