Bunting!

I've noticed a lot of bunting love going on at the moment.

There's a collage by Anna...

...and a plate by Nina...

...there is bunting for sale and hire...and here's someone I know literally shouting "I LOVE BUNTING!" as she hung it up for our 4th July celebrations last weekend.

  1. Southend-on-Sea in Essex is attempting the longest ever line of bunting this summer! They are hoping to make it as long as our lovely pier. That's 1 and a quarter miles long (ish). I will hopefully get to photograph it. But if anyone wants to take part

that Xanthe really does love bunting, so i can well imagine her enthusiasm the other day. isn't summer great? (although, bunting is not just for the summer months, as Iris is a winter baby and i love bunting, i made her some paper bunting for her birthday last year)
