Midcentury Modern Show / Facebook Giveaway / Blog well-wishes

Hello there. Just a little update from the weekend. Had a lovely mooch with my sister at the Midcentury Modern Show. Luckily it was mostly furniture, and we are not in the market for furniture so we managed to save our pennies! We did like a couple of stands though, especially Rupert Blanchard's cabinets and Kiki Werth's poster collection. And we got a free copy of newly launched Midcentury Magazine.

If you're not a facebook fan you're missing a giveaway for a Modernist card set. Hop over there, like the page (if you haven't already), sing me part of an Abba song and I'll enter you.
So far it's only about 3 people and one of those is my sister who can have a free set anyway, so you've got a good chance!

Hope everyone's blog is getting back to normal, I know there have been huge upheavals with people losing posts and comments. I feel like my blog is such a part of me and my work now, I'd hate to lose any of it, especially all your sweet comments, so I've been lucky so far. I do hope everything is being restored. x

  3. Sorry, Facebook is a bit beyond me! But now that Blogger is working again, I just wanted to let you know that I mentioned you and your cards on my blog - I had a little horse and sideboard just like yours in my dolls' house when I was small! And I still have the horse ... now living on a plate with a couple of Scotsmen.
