Hell Yeah!

I sometimes find it difficult to say no to things. I do say no, but it takes me a while and I ponder things that I don't really need to. It takes up space in my brain that I don't want it to take up. And it gets me stressed. Holly from Decor8 tweeted this the other day and it really struck a chord.

"No more yes. It's either hell yeah! Or no."

I'm going to try to live my life according to this. While being very English and apologising a lot. More here.

  1. I think the apologizing sort of sweetens the pill! Nobody minds if you say no if you say sorry at the same time, and if you add an adverb it makes it even better.

  4. I wish I could say NO! without the blooming apology that follows. It's just so British. Noone apologises or thanks people like we do. The Indians laugh at me sorrying and thank youing all over the place.
    Hell Yeah from me too.

  8. Fabulous advice. I have a lot of problems saying no, and yes, on the odd occasion that I do I apologise a million times like an idiot! ;) So funny. Thanks for this Francesca! Kx
