Impromptu trip to the beach

Sunday morning Ben said why don't we go to the beach and stay the night. I said:

"What?! Today?! But I was gonna do this! And this! And this!"

I'm not very good at doing things on a whim. I'm a planner, a list-maker, as you know. But I went with the flow. Yes, me. Best thing we've done in ages.

  1. Lovely photos - the one where the boys are buried in the sand is just magic :) Sometimes getting out and about is just what we need, isn't it? Kx

  7. Wow! Looks so quiet! The beaches around these parts would all be rammed! Lucky you.

  10. Oh, I want to go to the beach so badly. We've had zero sun here in Edinburgh and I am craving sun and sand!

  11. Looks gorgeous, but which beach was it? We've just returned from a week on the wonderful Suffolk coast where the sun blissfully shined on us at Aldeburgh and Southwold.
